Michele Owen

Michele founded BE Beverly Hills in early 2010 and is the Creator of the Company's Eco-Luxury hair care line. Michele started her career as a professional hairstylist in 1990 and worked in the beauty industry as she put herself through college successfully obtaining her Bachelors of Science Degree in Accounting and her Master's Degree in Business Administration. Michele has over fifteen years of experience in business operations in various roles including CFO, SVP of Finance and Controller. Michele has successfully helped companies raise over $200M through Venture Financing, Private Equity and Initial Public Offerings (IPOs). After completing an IPO in 2007 and working as a CFO in 2009, Michele decided to put her expertise to work in the beauty industry once again. Her motivation and vision was to create an eco-friendly beauty company that provided affordable luxury products for the everyday woman. As a result, the BE Beverly Hills team and Michele created the industry’s first Eco-Luxury hair care line, which is now one of the fastest growing new brands online.

Frankie Payne

Frankie joined BE Beverly Hills in 2010 as its Celebrity Hairstylist and Worldwide Brand Ambassador. Frankie is internationally known for his groundbreaking work with hair and his success with creating iconic looks for some of the biggest names in show business and fashion. Frankie has defined emerging trends for two decades in modern pop culture and has A-List clients such as Kim Kardashian, Fergie, Cameron Diaz and Eva Mendes. A native to Los Angeles, Frankie relocated to Chicago where he formally trained at Vidal Sassoon. He then returned back to Los Angeles and began working at the world famous Jose Eber Salon of Beverly Hills, where he worked for thirteen years. During that time his good friend Orlando Pita, international hair phenomenon, invited Frankie to style hair on his team grooming the tresses of supermodels backstage at fashion week in Paris, Milan, and New York. This prompted Frankie to pursue a career as a freelance hair stylist, collaborating with some of the world's most acclaimed photographers including Herb Ritts, David LaChapelle, Bruce Weber and Matthew Rolston.

Lindsy Neil

Lindsy Neil grew up in a family of hairstylists and salon owners and she became a licensed esthetician. This experience has gained Lindsy a keen eye for finding great new products, like BE's Inspired line. Her talents are not limited to the beauty industry; she is also an accomplished model and actress. The BE Beverly Hills team was so pleased with her work on a shoot, that they offered her the job to be the host of BE TV. Lindsy is a true supporter of the Inspired products and her "How-To" videos shows her love of the Inspired Shine & Repair Serum. Lindsy, called Elle by her friends, is from Florida and recently moved to Hollywood.
